• Contact information: if you add us on WeChat or contact us through our WeChat Official Account, we will see your WeChat ID and the content of your messages;
• Anonymous usage statistics: non-personally-identifiable information such as page views, device type, and browser type, used to improve the website experience.

2. How We Use Information

• To generate and display your business diagnostic report;
• To follow up with you about your diagnostic results;
• We do not reprocess your questionnaire answers or share them externally.

• We will not sell, rent, or trade any of your personal information or business operating data;

4. Data Storage and Security

Questionnaire answers Not written to any database: the answers you select in your browser are computed server-side to generate the report in a single step, then discarded immediately once the calculation is complete—no copies kept, no access logs retained, and no recoverable records. We are therefore unable to provide your questionnaire content to anyone.

All data in transit is protected with HTTPS encryption, and the diagnostic report is visible only to you. If you later choose to contact us via WeChat, that conversation is retained on the WeChat platform and governed by WeChat's own rules.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This site uses only cookies essential to basic functionality and anonymous usage statistics; we do not use cross-site advertising tracking.

6. Your Rights

Because questionnaire answers are not retained, you generally do not need to request deletion—closing the page completes the removal.
